Con esta expansi\u00f3n, garantizar unas cadenas de suministro seguras, trazables y transparentes se ha convertido en una prioridad fundamental para las marcas. La falsificaci\u00f3n y el desv\u00edo del mercado gris se han convertido en problemas acuciantes que afectan directamente a los ingresos, la reputaci\u00f3n de la marca y la confianza de los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer frente a estas preocupaciones, cada vez m\u00e1s empresas de perfumer\u00eda est\u00e1n adoptando la tecnolog\u00eda RFID. La gesti\u00f3n de perfumes con RFID permite a las marcas supervisar el movimiento del producto a lo largo de la cadena de suministro, mejorar el control de inventario y proteger la integridad de la marca. En este estudio de caso, exploramos c\u00f3mo una empresa de perfumer\u00eda abord\u00f3 el desv\u00edo de productos entre regiones utilizando nuestra etiqueta RFID de doble frecuencia desarrollada a medida para la gesti\u00f3n de perfumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has--font-size\" id=\"h-the-challenge\">El desaf\u00edo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una marca mundial de perfumes implant\u00f3 inicialmente etiquetas NFC en todos los envases. De este modo, los consumidores pod\u00edan autenticar los productos con sus smartphones. Sin embargo, la marca pronto se encontr\u00f3 con un problema: el desv\u00edo de productos. Los perfumes destinados al mercado estadounidense aparec\u00edan en los canales de venta europeos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a las limitaciones inherentes a la tecnolog\u00eda NFC -como su corto alcance de lectura y la falta de seguimiento de largo alcance-, la marca no ten\u00eda forma de recopilar pruebas procesables o identificar el punto de desviaci\u00f3n antes de la entrega. Sin datos fiables, era dif\u00edcil enfrentarse a los socios de distribuci\u00f3n o aplicar pol\u00edticas de precios regionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has--font-size\" id=\"h-the-solution\"><strong>La soluci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras amplias consultas con la marca de perfumes y su integrador de sistemas, se tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de convertir las etiquetas NFC en etiquetas RFID de doble frecuencia, una soluci\u00f3n que combina la tecnolog\u00eda UHF (frecuencia ultraalta) para el seguimiento de la cadena de suministro y la NFC para la interacci\u00f3n con el consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La etiqueta dual incluye funciones UHF y NFC:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>UHF (frecuencia ultraalta)<\/strong>: Permite el escaneado a gran distancia y a granel y el seguimiento a nivel de lote en toda la cadena de suministro, desde el envasado y el almacenamiento hasta la log\u00edstica global y la llegada al punto de venta. Esto proporciona datos claros sobre d\u00f3nde y cu\u00e1ndo se ha manipulado cada unidad, lo que facilita la trazabilidad y la preparaci\u00f3n para auditor\u00edas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NFC (comunicaci\u00f3n de campo cercano)<\/strong>: Mantiene la funcionalidad original para la participaci\u00f3n del consumidor y la autenticaci\u00f3n en el punto de venta. Garantiza una experiencia de marca fluida para los usuarios finales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cumplir los requisitos de envasado del cliente -en concreto, minimizar el tama\u00f1o de la etiqueta y mantener el rendimiento a pesar de la proximidad de l\u00edquidos y de las configuraciones de botellas apiladas-, nuestro equipo desarroll\u00f3 a medida un <strong>etiqueta RFID compacta de doble frecuencia<\/strong>. En rigurosas pruebas, la etiqueta demostr\u00f3 una alta legibilidad en entornos dif\u00edciles, alcanzando un \u00edndice de lectura de 24 botellas en 5 segundos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n dise\u00f1amos y entregamos un <strong>sistema dedicado de codificaci\u00f3n RFID de doble frecuencia<\/strong>que permite al cliente gestionar internamente la redacci\u00f3n de datos, la verificaci\u00f3n y la preparaci\u00f3n de env\u00edos.
